Daryl
Head Coach
Daryl graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bsc in Exercise and Sports Science with Honours. He has worked with many youths during his time in Australia as a performance coach, specialising in improving an individual’s speed and agility. He believes in the importance of long-term athletic development in youths in order to reduce the risk of injury and improve their sports performance.

Zee
Senior Performance Coach
Zee has a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from Edinburgh Napier University. He has extensive experience working with the youth and enjoys helping his clients both adults and kids to achieve their fitness goals with appropriate strength and conditioning training. Zee also has a great passion for rugby and has represented Singapore Rugby in several tournaments.

Syaqir
Performance Coach
Syaqir has a degree in Sports Science and Management from Nanyang Technological University. He is passionate about ensuring his clients understand the importance of correct form and technique during training sessions to prevent injuries. Syaqir was a professional football player for many years and is still currently playing socially.

Bob
Performance Coach
Bob is a certified IAAF Level 1 coach and also a certified ASCA physical trainer. He specialises in coaching track and field athletes and enjoys working with both youth and adults to achieve their fitness goals. Bob also has a certification in Sports Massage from Sports Medicine Australia and Postural Correction under ISA (International Sports Academy).

Jonathan
Performance Coach
Jonathan is a ACE certified coach and has been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years. He has extensive experience coaching various types of classes but he is most passionate about Boxing and Circuit/HIIT. Jonathan made his debut with the Singapore National Rugby Team in 2016 and continues to enjoy being part of the team representing Singapore at the SEA Games.

Shannon
Performance Coach
Shannon is a ACE certified coach and has been coaching both youth and adults for nearly 5 years. Her classes as well as personal training sessions are both fun and challenging designed to suit various fitness levels. Shannon also has a NCSF Certification in Sports Nutrition to help her clients enjoy a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Joel
Performance Coach
Joel graduated from the University of Queensland with a BSc in Exercise and Sports Science with Honours. He was a full time soldier with the Singapore Army for 10 years training and leading the soldiers to perform intense physical and combat scenarios. Joel believes that exercise is for everyone regardless of fitness level and is currently training to be a Physical Education teacher.

Motohide
Performance Coach
Motohide graduated from the University of Kwansei Gakuin in Japan with a Bsc in Biomechanics. He has also recently completed a certification as a strength and conditioning coach from Japan Instructor Association (JIA). He has been training as a professional swimmer since 2016 and is fluent in both Japanese and English.

HARISH
Performance Coach
Harish graduated with a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science from Republic Polytechnic. He enjoys a variety of sports such as football and track and field. Harish is also pursuing his degree in Biomedical Engineering and aspires to be an active advocate of health and wellness.
